I was worried because there were no Japanese reviews, but it was very good. I booked the night before, but I got confirmation straight away, and the driver arrived in front of the hotel at 5 o'clock, even though it was 5.30 in the morning on the day. Thanks to this, we were able to travel well in advance of our flight time!

I am writing this after an appalling second experience with this company, and their response to my complaint, which was even more troubling than the incident itself. My first airport transfer — when I was travelling with my (male) partner — was excellent. Because of that, I booked a return transfer for myself alone. This was a mistake. During my solo return transfer, the driver (a different one) used Google Translate to make romantic and sexual advances toward me, asked intrusive questions about my partner and relationship, and pressured me to get back into the car at the airport for a “hug”. As a woman travelling alone, this behaviour was frightening and completely unacceptable. I reported the incident to the company immediately. Although they apologised at first, they quickly shifted to denial, falsely claiming that I had asked for the driver’s phone number, and implying that I should have behaved differently. This kind of response — blaming or doubting the woman who reports harassment — is exactly why so many women feel unsafe when travelling. It was deeply disappointing, and frankly alarming, to see a company respond this way to a safety complaint. I have provided screenshots of conversations with the operator, as well as a photo taken in the vehicle showing the driver actively using Google Translate to communicate. My first trip with them went well only because I was not alone. Based on the second, I would strongly advise women — especially solo travellers — to avoid this company. The driver’s behaviour was inappropriate and the company’s handling of the situation was unprofessional and unsafe.
As mentioned in my previous response to your review, we take your concerns very seriously. Although we did not find clear evidence confirming the incident, we fully believe your report and acted accordingly. We investigated the matter, spoke with the driver, and informed him that this will be his final month working with us, as we always put our customers’ safety first.
I had a great first experience when this company picked up me (female) and my (male) partner from the airport. I couldn’t have been happier with the professionalism and communication. Unfortunately, when I returned to the airport alone, the driver (a different one) made romantic and sexual advances towards me, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and afraid, and tried to get me back into his vehicle for a “hug” when we reached the airport. I am writing this review, despite being asked not to by the owner, because I feel like I was not believed (despite showing evidence) and felt partially blamed (I told I should have recorded the interaction!). I am absolutely sick of being sexually harassed in Egypt. The driver needs to be sacked but I doubt that will happen. I unfortunately cannot recommend this company while such safety issues remain.

We would like to clarify a few important details regarding the situation: This was the second time you used our service, and the transfer from the hotel to the airport took approximately 10 minutes. You contacted us immediately afterwards via WhatsApp to explain what happened from your perspective. You also shared a screenshot of the translation app, although the image was unfortunately blurry and the text could not be clearly read. Out of respect for your feelings, we apologized to you straight away—before speaking to the driver or conducting any internal check. After contacting the driver by phone (as he had another job immediately after your trip), he explained that the conversation between you and him took place mainly through Google Translate due to his limited English. He mentioned that you asked for his phone number because you planned to return and might need transportation again. He typed in Arabic, and the app translated into English, which may have caused unintended or incorrect phrasing. We truly believe that a misunderstanding may have occurred as a result of mistranslation. There was no physical contact, and all communication was via the translation app. The driver has been working with us for approximately five years and has never had any issues—big or small—reported by any customer. We fully respect your right to share your experience, but we also believe it is important not to judge anyone without clear evidence, especially when a translation error may have caused confusion. Your safety is our priority, and we remain committed to improving communication tools and ensuring all customers feel comfortable during every trip. The communication was clear and efficient. The coordination on pick-up was really good and the driver was very helpful. The main coordinator is also really good with Logistics.

I booked the transfer to the hotel and also the return from the hotel. We stayed at the Four Seasons. Both pickups were super prompt, pre confirmed with clear pickup instructions in Sharm el sheikh. Both pickups were in a fully air conditioned van. Highly recommend and would use them again

Private transfer by car from our hotel to Sharm Airport and back in the evening. A little late in the morning at 4:00 but he apologized. The return flight was 1h30 late and our driver was waiting for us with a sign at 20:00. Great Service from you at reasonable prices. Confidence. Thank you!
