The driver never showed up even after both the person, who was assisting with transportation at the airport, and I, separately through the app, tried to reach the driver. A cab had to be taken instead. I have submitted a request for reimbursement due to the driver’s failure to show up and I am awaiting a response.
They canceled weeks before the trip. Any good business would be able to make plans if they had this much time but they canceled with zero reason. Book elsewhere.
The driver never showed up. After I got back home, I contacted the company and found out they canceled our reservation and refunded our payment. Luckily I was directed to a taxi service who had a 3 row Suburban which was great for the 5 of us. s The driver Bernard was great He interesting things on our route to our resort. He gave me his number (242-801-6460) and we used him on our return trip to the Airport. e
The driver John was very nice, and helpful. The ride from the airport, to the resort was unfortunately hot do to the A/C not working. We got to stop at a grocery store, John our driver was very helpful.
Both times we enjoyed the drivers who were polite and informative, as well as fun! Vehicles were comfortable and nice. Felt very safe.
He was on time outside waiting for us.He also let us play our music to play on they van he had drinks on the bus for us.We enjoyed our ride to the hotel.
Service was great, van driver was very nice. He got us to our destination safe and sound! I will definitely book again to get us back to airport.
Absolutely horrible, no answer from the service and they didn’t show up! Never book this ride to or from anywhere!
You booked a ride when you had already landed when you called we did answer but because these bookings are through agencies we had not even received your booking It’s not reasonable to book a car 30 mins before you need the car Everyone should note same day booking shovel be followed up with an immediate call because the supplier does not receive a booking on the backend as soon as you book
We had 15 girls coming to the Bahamas on a bachelorette staying at Baha Mar. We found this company to give us transportation to and from airport for a fraction of the price as SLS Baha Mar was going to charge. Nothing but great things to say about this experience!
The transport company didn’t communicate with me on time of pickup and was slightly late. I had to call them multiple times to confirm pickup. The transport vehicle was really worn down and didn’t feel very safe. The driver was very professional which awarded 3 stars opposed to 1 star. I’d prefer to choose other transport companies
