Delano was great driver and quite knowledgeable and give us a good insight on the island . I highly recommend
We used Viator for our airport transportation. Delano took us to the resort and Pinky brought us back to the AirPort. Both great experiences. However, we also decided to to an Island tour so we reached back out to Viator on the text thread they confirmed our airport transport with. They set us up with a 3 hour tour. What do you know, but Delano shows up. He was great. Took us to many sight seeing spots and provided historical context to each. Great time!
The company kept in contact, gave great direction, was organized, and prompt. Pinky was our driver and she was so much fun. It was the perfect kick off to our girl’s trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the ride. This company will be my go to for the Bahamas.
Pinky is absolutely AWESOME had a great time with her. I wish I felt up to the Car Karaoke but I killed the Trivia game 😀

We were very delayed getting through customs and getting our luggage. Our driver kept in contact with us and waited! It was a very smooth quick transfer to our hotel. He was very informative of things to see and do in the area. Highly recommend!
Great company. Delano was our driver. He was early to pick us up and waited patiently when we had some delays. The company was communicative and gave clear directions the entire time. We knew exactly where to find Delano. The drive from and to the airport turned into cultural lessons and we even got solid recommendations on food and pastries - loved the guava duff! Delano was fantastic and we'd definitely book this service again.
Driver was 90 mins late and I had to arrange alternative transportation. To make it worse, the POC from the company stopped answering my texts entirely, providing no updates until the car had arrived and I was already gone.

We do acknowledge that prior to your flight landing, you did inform us that you were taking an earlier flight and would be in about 90 minutes earlier than you were booked for. However, the driver had already been scheduled based on the original arrival time, and unfortunately overlooked the change and came to the airport based on the original time which was about 90 minutes after the new pickup time. That said, we take full responsibility for the breakdown in communication, which resulted in this incident . This is not the level of service we provide, and we truly apologize that this happened. We strive to be punctual and accommodating to all of our customers, and we’re very sorry that we fell short in your case. A full refund will be issued, as we never want a customer to feel dissatisfied or left waiting. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right.
Viator transfer services are fantastic! We had the best driver Delano! He was incredible! From the moment he picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at our hotel he made sure our ride was very comfortable. The car was also very clean. Next time we travel to the Bahamas we will definitely use the Viator services again and recommend to others as well. Thank you Delano for making sure our ride was one less thing that we had to worry about!
We would request Delano as our driver every time. He recommended restaurants and sights that we would be interested in.
