Excellent transportation service with Viator in Cancun! The pickup from Cancun Airport to RIU Dunamar was smooth, punctual, and stress-free. This review is about my experience in Cancún in Dec 2023. However, I also used Interliv for México City in May 2023 - that's how I first connected with them. This is an amazing company. They are prompt, professional, highly responsive, detail-oriented. We had a somewhat complicated itinerary as one of us flew into Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA) and one of us flew into Benito Juárez International Airport (AICM) and we didn't realize how limited the transportation options were for AIFA. Interliv put together a package to get us all where we needed to go. As for Cancún, as you may know the airport is a madhouse. However, Interliv helped make the experience a little better getting us through the crowded airport quickly and efficiently. I think one of the biggest stresses I have about international travel is ensuring that all the various dependencies are confirmed. Interliv was very good about confirming details and appointments so at no point was I worried we weren't going to get where we needed to go. Strongly recommended!!!!!
