Friendly driver and was on time. Was a little confusion on who and what vehicle was picking us up as we kept getting different messages from the company and the vehicle that picked us up was not what was last told to us. However, the driver introduced himself and showed us confirmation of the pick up to help ensure that we were getting into the right vehicle.
Early for pickup. That was great. Mohammed was a great driver,told us about Edinburgh. Vehicle was clean I would definitely use them again
Chatted with the lovely driver who went above and beyond in making sure I got to my flight on time and made me feel super comfortable!
Car came arrived on time. Much better than trying to drag luggage on the tram or bus. Driver was polite and helped load and unload luggage
They picked me up late and not in the vehicle I was told I was being picked up by. I was told and booked a Mercedes for my family and paid $100. They picked me up late in a crappy Hyundai that they sent from Uber which I could have booked for less than $25. They said it was my fault even though I had full documentation and wouldn’t refund any of my money. Don’t Use. Very bad service
My driver was extremely friendly! I sat up front since I was traveling alone, and we chatted like old friends all the way to the airport. If ever I return to Edinburgh, I would love to have her again (I wish I could remember her name) - but she was wonderful and, once we arrived at the airport, she helped me get situated.
Company were rigid with our time change request of 30 minutes. Answer was a hard no! We were never advised of our drop off in a distant parking lot at Edinburgh airport. We are older. I have 4 metal joints and we hauled our luggage 3 blocks to the terminal. Driver said he wasn’t allowed inside the perimeter of the airport. What? False advertising for sure. Very disappointed. Beware!
Great driver! He was a bit early and said there was no rush but it was awesome for us. He was also very informed of the airport and had answered and recommendations for us. Would definitely recommend!
On time and super friendly. Walked us to the departing gate when he didnt have too. I would definitely recommend this company.
