We booked our transportation weeks in advance thinking that our ride would be waiting when we arrived. WRONG!! After waiting one hour, a vehicle did arrive but it was only for 5 people and we had booked transportation for 6. After 1.5 hours we asked for a refund so we could book our own ride. The company agreed! The next day, Viator declined our request for refund because the company claimed it was our fault. No way!!! Horrible experience!! I highly discourage anyone from using this company! They will take your money and leave you stranded.
I was expecting a person with a sign to greet us and no one was outside, I had to get in touch with the company and they gave me the diver’s number and had to go to parking lot to looked for him, the car was dirty the dashboard full of dust an empty bottle of water in the floor on the back seat and in London the car broke down so they had to send one to pick us up that was a plus because the car was better and had AC, the other cars didn’t work! They offer me a retun trip to the airport and I agreed but told them we were 4 persons with 4 pieces of luggage and carry ons they told me that they would send an estate car that it was bigger so we could fit, well they sent me one about the same size as the one that picked us up and and obviously there was no way we cold fit in it, this car was very clean and the driver tried to do his best, the company told me that I didn’t specify the size!! I Told the 4 pieces of luggage plus carry ons! the other couple has to call an Uber because it’s a long ride to the airport, will Cost them a lot of money! Although you can comunícate very well and they answer right away I would not recommend as I has a bad experience with them!

In the booking we received 2 passenger with 2 suitcases and booked for a Saloon vehicle not an MPV so might there was mistake done from your end.
Horrible. 30 minutes before we were to be picked up to go to the airport, the company called and cancelled the ride. They alleged the driver had been in an accident. They offered no alternative as if they had no other taxis in their fleet. DO NOT USE their services.

Our driver was very prompt and pleasant. A perfect trip to the airport from central London. Driver’s car was very clean and comfortable.

A horrible experience. The driver never told us the specific pick up location. We were waiting at the location that she told us for almost 30 minutes and they never showed up. I called her to ask were to go and I was able to understand her. Finally we get to the pick up location and she refused to take us because she said that I was rude to her. She was rude at us and very discriminatory.

It would be great if there were more instructions on pick up location. Also it would be great if they could track your flight so they can pick you up when you are ready. Might as well booked an uber/taxi.

Need better directions as to where you meet driver after going through passport control and gathering up luggage. Not clear where you meet

We expected a representative at LHR arrivals area with a sign - NO. I had no idea where he was. After a while I called Trip Advisor help line and the Trip Advisor rep contacted the vendor - who then contacted me. The driver said to “come out” “leave the terminal.” I thought that meant he was outside. I texted three times and finally was told to go to the parking area. Again NO driver. I texted said I was at Level 1. The response was “the driver will be there in a few minutes.” I then texted “I am at car park 3 level 1. Is that correct.” I was told that is correct. Then I received a text that they sent a driver but he refused the job” they assigned another driver. That driver contacted me and asked me to go to level 3. After almost an hour of trying to find our ride we were finally on our way to London. Our driver Suleihmon was excellent and extremely professional. He got us safely to our hotel.
