Evidently there is the real chance that a driver will not show up. After booking on-line perhaps call Viator and double check everything. We called from our pickup location PUQ (Punta Arenas) and although customer service was polite, they could not really help.
The driver was wonderful, friendly. And on the way to the hotel was safe and fast. The good way to save time.

Driver was at the appointed location at the appointed time with name sign and very helpful. The driver was also very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. Would recommend Lorenzo to all.

I sent an alert for possible cancellations three times to Viator as soon as that, Lana started having emergency snow problems with cancellations. I was in the air for 10 hours plus and told them I would notify them as soon as I found out if I was going to be on the scheduled flight or the next flight into Punta Arenas. When the first flight was canceled, I sent Viator a notice and according to them I needed 24 hours for advance notice which was impossible to do since I am not in charge of snow and flight cancellations when I’m in the air I lost my $64. I will never use Viator again

Driver was there outside bagage claim with a sign, waiting as originally stated in confirmation. Very friendly. English limited but pretty good with Google translate
