Eric was a wonderful driver. He made a stop for us to get food on the way to our hotel. The day before we were leaving one of the passengers that’s supposed leave with us noticed she had an earlier flight so I called and was able to get an earlier transfer for her at an additional cost that was reasonable. My ride a few hours later was great and seamless as well. I will definitely use this service every time I travel and refer my clients as well.

I’m extremely happy with the service Island Transfer Tours provided. Very cordial, professional, friendly and caring. The two gentlemen who took care of us, were very prompt. Hodinga was amazing navigating us through the heavy traffic coming from Montego Bay to Moon Palace. It was very unusual to take as long as it did, there was an accident as well as a huge cruise ship that had arrived. Hodinga was absolutely wonderful stopped for us twice to grab some local items. He made it so much better!!

Van was nice, both ways from Montego Bay Airport to Ocho Rios Hotel. Both drivers explained stuff about Jamaica and what we were driving by along the way, which was nice. Communication for meeting spot for pick up was crystal clear. Highly recommend.
