Horrible experience with this tour operator! DON’T BOOK WITH THEM, THE DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP AT THE PICK UP TIME! Contact the tour operator and NO RESPONSE! This is very unprofessional!! Please save yourself a headache and book elsewhere or get the local taxi/driver!
The tour in Spanish was amazing! Rulo was a great guide and super knowledgeable. We asked questions and he was happy to discuss more as we liked. Highly recommend the Spanish tour.

Daniel arrived on time, was friendly and took us right to where we needed to go in San Miguel. Would definitely recommend to others.
DO NOT USE TEBJX, They did not show up to pick up a family of 4 with children for a transfer from BJX to San Miguel de Allende without any explanation. And when calling them to reconfirm the return, nobody answered the phone after many attempts! Very bad business practice!

Our deliver was fantastic. Great communicator, safe in heavy traffic and friendly. Everything you could imagine. We also asked for a quick stop at the Museo ex-hacienda San Hanriel de Barrera. He was happy to oblige, which mage out trip even better! Thank you

Fabrizio was an excellent, friendly and informative driver. However I had real issues with booking this via Viator/TripAdvisor: NO WHERE was there a space to indicate time of pickup, not whilst booking or in the confirmation. We had to research the company and call ourselves: twice!
