Due to several flight changes made by the airline, we had to make several amendments to our transfer arrangements including on the day of arrival. Changes were easy to make and communication with both the staff and the drivers was simplified using WhatsApp. We had 10 travelers arriving on 2 different flights. Our drivers were waiting for us upon arrival, the vehicles were clean and comfortable and the transfer pleasant. Highly recommend this service.

Once I made the reservation for airport pickup, I was contacted through WhatsApp with instructions on where to meet. I kept the driver updated on flight delays and he was waiting for us when we arrived. Excellent customer service and extremely professional.

Upon arrival at Doha airport on time, we immediately turned on our phone to find numerous texts from our driver asking if we had landed & where about we were at the airport. He wanted us to update him once we got to immigration & how many people were ahead of us; then once we had our luggage. He said he was waiting for us in the arrival hall at the info counter. Plenty of drivers were there but no one with our name on it. We phoned him, no answer. Next thing he appeared. He took one of our cases & charged off with us practically running after him. Only once did he turn back to make sure we were near him. The car ride to out hotel was ridiculous- at times he was 50km over the speed limit. Our transfer wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Therefore our return transfer has been booked through a different operator.

Our driver was timely and very communicative and patient as we went through the process of getting through baggage, immigration and customs. He offered us water and provided a safe, quick ride to our hotel.

The driver was a little late due to police closing some of the roads but we made the airport in plenty of time.

A representative contacted us the day before to confirm our pick up and sent details and a photo of where to meet once we passed through immigration. We were told to look for our name on a sign, but instead received a phone call once we arrived at the Information Desk.
