Great experience! Booked this to go from KOA to Marriott Waikoloa, and told the team my flight # and arrival time, and when I boarded. Flight arrived at 11:30, and I booked 1pm in case baggage takes forever. Flight showed up a bit early, and driver was at baggage claim right away when we went. We were on our way at 11:30 to the hotel because they track the flight or times you give which was awesome and 5 stars! Steven helped us with our luggage and the ride was great in a spacious shuttle van! Would always back anytime I’m here! Better than an Uber 1000x!
This was a perfect solution for our family of 12 to get to and from the airport and our resort. Reservations were easy to make, their pricing was very fair, and the service was timely and professional both days.
I was very pleased with this airport transfer. She met me at baggage claim holding a sign with my name on it. Helped me with my luggage. Definitely would recommend this company.
