Not quite as glossy as the representation, driver was late arriving, nil english. The only thing that was luxury was the insignia on the seat cover.
Unfortunately our flight was 20 minutes late arriving. There was no one to pick us up so ended up in taxi.
We had an amazing trip to Da Nang and Ba Na Hills, and a huge part of that was thanks to our driver, Hoang Phan. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Here is why he made our trip so special: Punctual & Reliable: He arrived right on time, making our itinerary stress-free. Great Communication: Easy to talk to and coordinate with from start to finish. Excellent Service & Personality: He has a wonderful, friendly personality and provided top-notch service throughout the day. Wealth of Knowledge: He was incredibly helpful, sharing fantastic tips and local information not just about Da Nang, but also about Ho Chi Minh City!

Our driver was Hoang. He knows English very well and our trip with him went fun and on schedule. Also he helped book a transfer to and from the Cham Islands through his connection which helped us a lot. Recommend
