Very good pricing. Communication is very minimal. The hotel had to call for us to find out when the driver was coming. He finally did show up about 15 minutes after the agreed pickup time. All was good.

This service was awful—unprofessional, irresponsible, and unsafe. Although a driver picked us up from our hotel at the scheduled time, he then asked us for a “favor” by stopping at another hotel to pick up additional passengers, with no regard for our need to arrive at the airport on time. Even more concerning was the driver’s behavior on the road. He drove recklessly, aggressively, and in a manner that made us fear for our safety throughout the trip. It was an extremely frightening experience. I strongly recommend avoiding transportation services through Coral at Altagama Transfers. I would never use this service again.
Our driver was friendly and professional. He even stopped at a local gas station and got me and my family 5 bottles of water. I Highly recommend this company.
This was the worst transfer experience I have ever had. When we arrived at the airport, we could not find the transfer service. Once we did find someone who could help us we were told that the driver left us. After about an hour and talking on the phone with someone, they finally sent someone to come and get us. The driver drove dangerously. We almost hit a motorcycle and a truck. When we arrived at the hotel, they wanted us to pay an additional $50 even after I had already explained to them I had prepaid for the service and showed them the ticket. They threatened to call security. I had to get the hotel staff to help. It was awful, and I would never recommend the service to anyone.

We got picked up in time, in a very clean and comfortable vehicle, by a very considerate and professional driver. Excellent AC and played some great music for us. I would highly recommend this company for your transport needs when in Punta Cana.

Flight was delayed over 2 hours but when we arrived the driver was there waiting for us. The ride was very clean, the drive smooth and the whole experience was wonderful
Once getting through the maze of 1 million people at the airport, our transportation arrived very friendly towards us. There are several people at the airport that assisted us in getting our booked transportation, which was amazing.
We was waiting for a while for driver and when we found driver we had to walk a long way to get to the van. Wasn't cool
