Chegada e partida CHEGADA – RECOLHA NO AEROPORTO A retirada do aeroporto é feita do lado de fora. Assim que a Imigração e a Alfândega forem liberadas, saia do prédio e vá para a área de desembarque. Entre na primeira porta à direita do balcão de informações para sair do terminal. Quando estiver fora, vire à direita e caminhe em direção à área do Groovy Grouper. Nosso motorista/recepcionista estará atrás da barricada segurando uma placa com o nome da nossa empresa (procure seu nome). Depois de identificar o recepcionista, apresente-lhe os dados da sua reserva e você será acompanhado até o seu passeio. TRANSFERÊNCIA DE PARTIDA/RETORNO - RECOLHA NO HOTEL A retirada no hotel está programada 4 horas antes do horário de saída do voo especificado nesta reserva. Uma mensagem será enviada através de sua reserva com o horário exato de retirada. Na data de partida, faça o check-out e esteja pronto pelo menos 10 a 15 minutos antes desse horário. Encontre seu motorista na entrada do lobby principal, conforme especificado na sua reserva. Os motoristas podem esperar apenas 15 minutos após o horário de coleta indicado.

This was the best possible experience I could have had. I travelled solo to join my friends for a wedding. Booking was super easy through Tripadvisor and Scott contacted me almost immediately. It was like talking to an old friend. No matter what schedule changes or requests I had, he was always responsive and ready to help. Pick-up, stops along the way, great conversation about the area and Jamaican life in general , great music, info about landmarks, recommendations, coming back and forth to the resort for errands and excursions, he did it all. I shared his number with some of the other wedding guests and friends, and when they returned to the reort, they said Scott was their new bestie! On my departure day, I even added people to my trip back to the airport and it was no problem at all. He is just an amazing person who provides exceptional service. Scott Jamaica tours is the best.

Our driver Scott was fantastic! Very welcoming and taught us a lot about the Jamaican culture as we drove to our resort. He offered to give us rides wherever we needed during our stay. Book with him and you won't be disappointed!

I booked the transfer on the day of the flight out and Scott was there waiting with a sign when we landed. 45 minute drive to hotel and he mentioned landmarks along the way. Just the right amount of talking, nice and chilled. We’ve booked for way back.

Scott was wonderful, he picked us up from the airport and he was on the airport on time plus he had drinks for us!! We also booked him for a private transport to a restaurant for my friend's bday and he was there to pick us up on time!! 5 star service, totally recommend!!
