The outbound journey was again problem-free. The driver received us on time at the airport and drove us safely and quickly to the hotel. On the return journey there were a few problems that could be solved well thanks to a great communication in the headquarters. We arrived at the airport on time.

From the airport to the hotel, slow service all in all was fine. Back after half an hour that they waited for partoo without even asking us, and I persisted in asking chiexere info.For our luck they have risen from there shortly..Much disorganization

The transfer to the hotel and back to the airport were great. At the airport, the driver greeted us with a name tag. The drive to the hotel was quick and safe. The driver was there 10 minutes earlier when he picked up from the hotel. With the private transfer you are ahead of the other tourists at the hotel and saves the wait at check in. I would book it again and again. 👍

We booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel for the first time with Viator. It worked wonderfully. The driver stood in front of the airport in Marsa Alam with a clear sign with our names. He was very friendly and helpful. We were taken directly and quickly to our hotel. The transfer was cheaper than usual. We will definitely book here again if needed. We can only highly recommend this Service and rate this performance with 1A
