I ordered two vehicles to transfer my party of 10 to London at 10:00 after sailing in on Princess. One vehicle showed up at 8:30 and demanded $35 to come back. The other never showed up. I had to take a cab from the port to London at an additional cost. I would give them a -1 if it were possible
I would give them a zero if it were possible! First they arrived at 8:30 am when my appointment was for 10:00 am and charged and additional $35 to came back. Then only one vehicle came so half of my party of 10 were left stranded at the South Hampton pier. NEVER AGAIN. Oh … did I mention no refund???
We were so happy with this transfer from our cruise to London hotel. Everything was top tier— the driver, the communication and safety, and the cleanliness of the vehicle. We’re using this same company again to get to Heathrow for the trip back home.
We booked a pick up at the Southampton cruise terminal several months ago. 4 days before our cruise was to start I received an email from the cruise company with a change of port disembarkation. I immediately called Viator and told them the situation. I was told it was all taken care of. When we arrived yesterday, there was no vehicle to pick us up. Called Viator as the cell number for the driver was not working. The woman I was speaking to tried to re-book another vehicle at over $200.00 more. I was told I will be getting a refund for the booking that never happened. We have used Viator many other times, but this one was a complete failure.

Outstanding driver. Excellent ability to avoid traffic. Kindly offered to stop at services area for coffee and break. Just perfect.
Driver did not show up. We waited for 1 1/2 hours. Tried calling the provider twice, went straight to hold. No one tried to contact us. Felt like a scam.
Akeem was very pleasant and gave us the history of Southampton and London. Excellent ride to our hotel.
Patrick was amazing. He left no detail out and was extremely engaged he immersed us in the history of London. He took us to the best spots we saw all the important sights of London and took great photos. After our tour we were able to go back to the places we loved the most. We were traveling with my 7 year old son, Patrick made an effort to engage him in conversation and explained to him all everything that was happening at the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace. I was very impressed and was so grateful for his knowledge and care of our experience. If you are considering this for your trip don't hesitate you won't regret it.
