Heartfelt thanks our driver Alessandro for the truly kind extra effort he made to in bring back our phone left in the van —all the way back to the airport! Not only did he come all the way back, he found a delta agent and made sure they came and found us with the phone. Our experience was amazing. Ferdinando was our driver and he was helpful, interesting, and a pleasure. His English was wonderful, his driving was superb. The car that we rode in was clean and well maintained, with plenty of room for my family and our luggage. I am very happy with this and would absolutely use it again. Can’t say enough good things about Ferdinando.

I am very disappointed in this service for many reasons. The first reason is we chose this company as they indicated they were flexible in pick up time and would come and get us as scheduled at 7am. The day before, for some reason ( we believe it's because they had another pick up in Rome after us) they asked us to change to 6am pick up and used the excuse of weather and traffic. Absolutely not! When I submitted details for this transfer, we clearly said multiple times, we went with them because of 7am pick up and 1130 arrival at Rome airport the latest. This arrival time included the 3 hrs and 15 mins travel time but I also added time for traffic and weather. Although, there was an issue where we got locked inside the complex gates for 90 mins...they arrived at 645am (early) and we finally got out at 815am. Although this is not their fault, they charged us an extra 80 Euros for this delay even though we arrived 'as planned' at 1105am - in fact earlier. The driver was crazy hitting speeds of 150-160kms throughout on the highway. Their excuse for charging us was missing another transfer at Rome airport which we believe is BS as they arrived earlier than we all agreed! I do not recommend this company and I'm very upset they charged us this extra 80 Euros or 120$ cdn for something we had absolutely no control over!!!!
Hi Michelle, congratulations, you were able to become the worse client of the year…it wasn’t easy but you did it. You are complaining about 15 minutes earlier…when cause to your fault my driver and my car stayed closed in a gate for 90 minutes, in our business, time=money and don’t say anything about the speed as we have gps on all cars and in our branded new minivans the speed is auto limited to 135km/h that is the Italian speed limit, then you were sleeping all time as I tried to call you and you didn’t answer as after you said “sorry I was sleeping”. It’s not up to you to decide at what time you want arrive, you can decide just the pick up time and it’s not up to you to plan the day of my drivers, buy your own car and start your own business if you are able to do it. Just take note that the day before the service we had the worse storm ever in SORRENTO, with rockslides, landslides everywhere and we suggested you to leave 15 minutes earlier…that’s it…next time learn how to open the gate of your apartment as you seems an expert in driving and timings but at the end you aren’t able to open a gate! We knew we wanted a private driver but Francesco was absolutely a gem. His personality, knowledge of world events and his country, personal touches courtesy was outstanding. We wish we knew of him sooner as we have several tours and a long trip to Naples to do.
