Driver Daniel was excellent. We went to Dachau for tour on our own and then to private location in Salzburg. He was very good driver and likes his work.

What a great experience. Jay, our driver, was great. He was punctual when picking us up at our hotel, he was very professional, the car was very clean and he was knowledgeable about the area and Salzburg. This made for an incredibly nice and easy way to make the journey from Munich to Salzburg! We highly recommend!

The drive from Munich to Salzburg with Martin was great. We wanted to sightsee at the Eagle’s Nest, but they closed due to snow. We decided on plan B, but it was raining with low clouds so taking the cog rail up the mountain didn’t make sense. Martin helped us choose a great place for lunch and we saw some of St Wolfgang instead. Martin took a scenic route back to Salzburg which we very much enjoyed. Despite the rain, our trip was made enjoyable.

The trip was smooth and easy. Our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t have much time for sightseeing because of delays getting through passport control and baggage claim, but the scenery was beautiful. If you want to take full advantage of this experience, arrive in Munich by noon.

Our driver was Lucas he was on time which was nice. My initial impression was not good as he smelled pungent no deodorant and the van was unkempt. We took the autobon to get to Salzburg . I realize there is no speed limit but I felt unsafe as he was texting and driving and was very sporadic with speed and brake. He dropped us off for a 30 min stop and asked us to meet him back at the same stop. We arrived back in 30 min and he was lying down in the back seat with his feet up just hanging out. I felt this was extremely unprofessional. It wasn’t like we showed back to the car early and he wasn’t expecting us! I have never written a poor review before and didn’t want to, but felt it was important as this was a really bad experience. I spent 600 dollars on this experience and feel it was not a quality experience. In hindsight I would rather pay a Uber .

I’m not one to normally write bad reviews but even after 3 days I still feel I need to write this warning. now this could be just the driver we had but I guess this company needs to check what their drivers are doing. firstly didn’t introduce himself. But from a text I see his name as Czechia from Prague. Firstly he likes to text and drive at 130kms. A couple of times we went into the other lane by mistake. We even had to tell him twice to wake up as the car was stopped at traffic light and he was texting and missed the lights changing. He also abused other drivers. Made us feel very uncomfortable. You don’t get to stop for lunch or snacks and don’t eat in his car not even lollies as he rudely said to us if you wish to eat go to a restaurant so that I don’t have to clean up after you. Very rude and uncomfortable experience. He also made the comment we are stupid for booking through Viator as he lost 25% off the booking. Not a nice driver or great experience.
Our driver was on time, very friendly and polite. Vehicle was clean and his driving excellent. The xight seeing was also great.
