Didn't hear from driver on the day of my transfer. Was not able to find driver and needed to UBER instead. HIGHLY recommend ubering instead. It was a third of the price and they arrived quickly.

We would like to clarify that we received a message from you approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time stating that your flight had been cancelled and that you would no longer require the transfer. Based on that message, the service was considered cancelled. We always strive to provide timely and reliable service, and our drivers are instructed to be present at the agreed pickup time unless informed otherwise by the client. We regret that this experience was frustrating and appreciate you sharing your perspective.

Excellent transfer services provided by this very reliable transportation company. We asked them to arrange several transfers to/from the airport and the Zagreb Academy and they were always on time and at our full disposal. He was exactly on time, drove carefully and helped us with very heavy luggage. The only thing is that the confirmation message did not give us the time or locations, so I felt insecure that all the details were right. The driver did have the details right.
