4 day Safari out of Nairobi. Very reliable with the transfers to and from airport. Our private safari with Jimmy was amazing. We saw the big 5 and many more animals. Jimmy made sure we were comfortable and did everything possible to ensure we saw as much as possible. If you have a choice to request someone we would highly recommend Jimmy. Pleasantly surprised at the clean toilets in the safari parks and how many there were. Sopa hotels were lovely. Only downside was the roads were very bumpy and dusty even in a 4 by 4.
currently on safari in Kenya and having a fantastic time. sharing a jeep with 4 other English guests. Our driver, Marvin, is very very good. he always arrives to pick us up at the designated time. His driving skills are amazing and we feel completely safe and relaxed. Marvin gives lots of information and gets us to the best vantage places every time. Would recommend this company for complete peace of mind.
Pollmans arranged several aiport and hotel transfers for us, plus flights from Wilson airport to our safari camp - all prompt, well organised and with friendly staff. When one of our bags was delayed arriving from Heathrow (BA flight), they arranged to pick it up from Nairobi airport, transfer it to the smaller Wilson airport and put it on a flight to our camp. Great service, thank you!
We had an amazing experience with Pollmans from the moment we were met at Nairobi airport everything ran smoothly. There was a slight mistake on our itinerary, but this was rectified immediately. We would like to give special thanks to Louie who met us at the airport and after a long day of travelling was extremely welcoming and Gladys who helped us with our transfer from hotel to Wilson airport but a very special mention goes to Mary, what a wonderful lady she is. Mary drove us from our hotel to the Sheldrick elephant orphanage and was so informative about the areas we travelled through and was the loveliest lady! Mary has a great sense of humour and by the end of the trip had become my husband’s aunty Mary! Thank you so much Mary and the rest of the team at Pollmans for ensuring our trip ran smoothly!!
Pollman's Tours was our land coordinator while in Kenya: private transfer to and from NBO and Wilson airports. It was a feeling of relief to know that private and safe transportation was coordinated and prepaid. Pollman employees are prepared, polite, kind, welcoming, smart and very helpful!
<p>Driver was there to meet us at the airport despite our flight being late and the time it took to go through customs. Vehicle was exceptionally clean and driver pointed out various sites in Nairobi on the trip to our hotel. It gave us peace of mind to have this all arranged ahead of time as we were unfamiliar with Nairobi.</p>
