We used their services for multiple transport from Munich to all the way to Prague. Money well spent. Cars were clean, roomy and comfortable. All of our drivers were very accommodating and spoke English as well as few other languages. Highly recommend this over train ride. The comfort and the fact that you see the cities from another prospective makes it all worth it. Communicating with each driver was done via whatsapp and very effortlessly. 10/10
Right from initial booking , emails back and forth to confirm addresses , sight seeing options - the tour operators were really good and quick with responses. Radek was my driver and he was excellent . He was very professional , punctual and extremely friendly . I was traveling solo and I didn’t feel “alone” at any time . He also showed me great sites at Kutna Hora and gave me some ideas on the history and cultural part of it . He picked me up and dropped me off at my exact required destination. Thank you so much to the company for coordinating everything and Radek for being such an awesome driver and company .

Pick up at the hotel spot on in time. We then enjoyed the journey through the beautiful country side in our own comfort in a specious clean car. After a stopover and a visit to the castle in Bratislava to arrive in Prague during the most horrific rain storm. Our very friendly and knowledgeable driver and guide helped us with our luggage up to the reception of our hotel. Don’t think we would have found our hotel which is located in the old city on our own. The hotel is another amazing story but this review is to thank the driver for the seamless journey and amazing driving skills. Not only did he has to cope with the traffic chaos because of 2 horrific accidents in Hungary and one outside Bratislava but a rainstorm where the visibility was restricted. But not one minute did we feel unsafe. Thank you.

Our driver Dominic was excellent. Although he did not speak English fluently (not even close) he did know some English and we managed quite well. When I booked this transfer from Budapest to Prague, Viator advised me that it included a 2-hour sightseeing tour. The tour operator for Viator provided a few suggestions as to where we might want to go. We chose the AnnoVino winery for wine-tasting and lunch. When we got there, we were advised that there was no where to eat (their Bistro was closed) and that wine tours only occur during high season (which apparently is not September) AND they are only for groups of 8 or more. We were extremely grateful that Dominic was with us because no one at the winery spoke English. Dominic found a local place for us to have lunch and he provided translation of the menu as well. I cannot impress strongly enough just how disappointed we were with Viator and their tour operator for providing mis-leading information. We will think twice before booking Viator again as we had a second tour through Viator in Prague and that was terrible!!!

We've checked all the long conversations on Viator, and we have to say, that we did our best to arrange all the details, and we were very forthcoming in answering all your questions properly. Furthermore, we run 20 transfers a day in the whole of Europe, so there are around 400 different possible stops on the routes we operate. I'm sorry, but we can't check the opening hours and the details about each stop. We always inform the clients to check by themselves, and we are trying to be very flexible, so you can also discuss the stops with the driver. Have a safe trip home, and we are looking forward to having you as a client in the future again.
My driver arrived on time, friendly, polite, professional, and got me to my requested destinations. The car accommodations was very clean with water and charger available. I felt safe as a solo traveler which put me at ease. One disappointment was I missed the site-seeing because I requested a stop in my family’s town. Overall, I definitely recommend the transfer to others.

We had a competent, friendly polite and respectful driver. The 2 tour options were OK but not as expected. The winery stop was good after a bit of a fumble getting there. Overall it was an average experience.

They are professional drivers, not guides (which we are actually able to provide as well for suitable prices). We are able to offer very competitive rates for transportation but our drivers do not have a guiding license. That's the reason we always present ourselves as a transportation company and we also include detailed information online about our journeys. We are ready to recommend the best sightseeing stops along the way to make your ride more interesting, but the clients still need to check the places by themselves and pick the right ones for them personally.
