Ride on November 10, 25! The vehicle (van) was very comfortable. We were four people with luggage. The driver (minibus 1) was very calm and serious. He had a pleasant driving style.
We had a very smooth service from start to end, our driver was courteous and a genuinely lovely local man.

Catastrophic. The taxi never picked us up. The agency was unreachable and we had to find an emergency replacement. We strongly advise against this transfer.

Great company, fast communication and reliable drivers. I definitely recommend them. We took a trip from bangkok to Kog chang and it was perfect. Then hired another company to take us from Koh Chang to Pattaya and we regret it as the driver was very irresponsible and truly risked our life. So we booked Taxi Koh Chang again to take us from Pattaya to Bangkok and it as great again.
