We ordered a large van for 5 of us and we all had big luggage. Very roomy and the driver even came early at our request as we were melting in the heat in Rome!

After a full day of flying to reach Rome we were happy to meet the driver in the designated pickup zone. Walked to the car and delivered to the doorstep of our accommodation. Worth not taking the train and walking after a long day. Would recommend and use them again.

Very smooth ride. Best transportation option for large family with lots of baggage or wheelchair. Our driver was polite and arrived on time. Would recommend them for transportation.

Our driver was waiting on us after the long flight which was awesome. However, the van was a bit worn and needed some inside repairs. The driver had some trouble finding our address, but finally made it to our destination.

Driver was late to pick us up at the airport and when we tried to call to confirm pickup there was nobody to talk to. Confirm numbers work prior to needing them
