Disappointing Experience

Disappointing experience! Abdul, our driver, berated me for being late and causing him to lose another ride. Our flight was delayed getting into LHR and Customs was slow due to heavy holiday travelers. Why Abdul did not check our flight status is beyond me but any driver would have done that since it is common for flights to be delayed. Not my problem and I should not have been charged an extra 40 BP for it! Would not recommend!

Take the train

We couldn’t find our driver upon exiting from customs. We waited for 30 minutes - full transparency, we got through much quicker than expected. After several messages and phone calls, we met up with our driver. He didn’t tell us his name or converse with us AT ALL. He sped through the airport to the car when we tried to keep up with our luggage. He drove us to the city for over an hour and a half and never said a word to us. After a rough car ride (brake/gas happy), he stopped just long enough to dump our luggage and he sped away. Overall, not the experience we thought we were signing up for. Next time, I would just take the train!

Driver was not at the...

Driver was not at the designated location when we arrived. It was chaotic trying to connect with driver. It would have been easier to have taken an uber.

My transportation went...

My transportation went very smoothly. The driver was at the airport. We met up as soon as I retrieved my luggage and off we went to my hotel.

Easy booking and nice comfortable and helpful service

Very good service, our driver was good at communicating with us and was waiting as soon as our plan landed but did not rush us. Communication is through WhatsApp messaging and is very handy but she will call if you cannot respond. The car was beautiful and so clean with air con. Aline our driver was so helpful she called our apartment manager when we reached our destination as my phone wouldn't work properly. Definitely will be getting this service again.
