We had to wait 1 h at airport before transfer ride came. Also they did not check with flight arrival correctly. Driver was very nice and eventually transfer to hotel was done. Waiting was disappointing.

The original transfer was scheduled for 08:10 PM, based on the flight’s scheduled arrival time of 07:10 PM, as it generally takes around one hour to complete immigration and reach the airport parking area at Dubai Airport. However, your flight arrived earlier than expected at 06:38 PM, and you reached the parking area by 07:15 PM. As soon as you informed us about your early arrival, we immediately arranged an alternate transport service. Our Team Was personally in contact with you during this time, and the driver reached you by 07:45 PM, after which you were comfortably transferred to your hotel. While the transfer was successfully completed, we fully acknowledge that the waiting time was disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kindly note that the delay occurred due to the flight arriving earlier than the scheduled arrival time, which impacted the originally planned transfer arrangement. We are pleased to know that the driver provided good service upon arrival, and we truly appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter. Thank you once again for choosing our service. It was a great experience for the entire family. I would like to mention even though I got the information from Google and then got on the chat with the representative it was very swift process. Since trust is a real factor when you are in the new country I was worried about making the full online payment for the booking. Gaurav from Efficient Tourism made it possible where I paid 1/3rd amount online as booking and when Lemosine arrived we boarded and paid the remaining amount online.
