Great experience. Driver arrived right on time, helped load luggage and provided a smooth, comfortable ride, and even made a rest stop.

I assumed, when I confirmed with them multiple times, that we had 6 pieces of luggage and 3 people, they would send a vehicle to accommodate that or simply say they could not meet our needs. The driver was friendly and apologetic and did his best. The bellmen at the hotel tried to help. We had luggage between us on the back seat. We had a large piece of luggage that slid around on top of the other pieces that we had to hold. If the driver had to stop suddenly it would have hit us in the back of the head. When I reached out to the operator she “apologized that I found it not spacious for me.” I was not asking for more leg room! After a two week trip, that included numerous hotels, drivers, tours, paid excursions, and a river cruise, this was the ONLY time we were dissatisfied with anything.

However, we would like to clarify some important details for future travelers. On our product page, we clearly specify vehicle types and luggage capacity: 1–3 passengers: sedan with space for up to 3 suitcases + cabin luggage 4 passengers: MPV 5–7 passengers: VAN (and so on) This information is shown directly in the “What to Expect” section and is designed to help guests choose the correct option for their group and luggage. In addition, after booking, we explicitly ask all customers in our welcome message to confirm the exact number and size of their luggage, specifically to prevent situations like this. For 3 passengers, a premium sedan (often Tesla) is the correct and standard vehicle when luggage stays within the stated limits. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance that the luggage significantly exceeded the confirmed capacity. Had this information been shared, a larger vehicle would have been arranged immediately. We appreciate your kind words regarding the driver, who acted professionally and did his best under the circumstances. We fully understand how frustrating it can be when expectations are not met. At the same time, accurate information and communication from travelers are essential to ensure the correct vehicle is dispatched. The transfer worked out perfectly but I was not able to feel comfortable about direct contact with the driver until the morning of the transfer.

Great experience! Driver picked us up at hotel in Basel for early morning transport to the Zurich airport. Driver was courteous and we always felt safe. I would highly recommend this hassle free option for transportation!

Our Driver Martin was excellent! He was engaging and very helpful. He met us at our cruise ship and was able to get us to the Airport in plenty of time, even with the traffic he had experienced on his way to pick us up.

We were so nervous about this step of our journey going smoothly, but we didn't need to worry. Our driver arrived a few minutes early, and had located our luggage and loaded it into the van before we even stepped off the ship. He was courteous and helpful, and delivered us to our destination safely. Highly recommend!
