Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant had a great experience with Ontour Orlando! It started with a friendly text from Shamar the night before we arrived. She confirmed our reservation and the type of infant seat we needed. When we arrived in Orlando, Shamar was ready and waiting when we were done in baggage claim. For the return trip to the airport, she and the other driver were more than patient with our group taking a little longer than expected to get organized and ready to depart. The sprinter van and SUV's were impeccably clean. Our luggage was handled with care. We appreciated the excellent and friendly service.
We will always use OnTour Orlando for our transportation needs in Orlando. Excellent communication with Shamar and safe, reliable, on-time transfers to and from the airport by Mark. They literally saved us from the airport by picking us up after a 5 hour flight delay for arrival in MCO resulted in a cancellation of our airport shuttle by another company. They forever have our loyalty.

As a mother safety is my main concern. I request specific car seat according to my kids ages and they provided. Mark was our Driver and he was very professional. We will definitely use their transportation services again.
