On time pick up. Our driver was easy to find at the port. Efficient and easy way to get to Heathrow quickly.
Our booking was with MiniCabRide, and our driver was Ali. He was very friendly and helpful - great man and driver! Because our flight out of Heathrow was too close to our cruise disembarkation (Southampton), we decided to book a taxi. Everything went smoothly, including communication, pick up at the cruise port, and drop off at Heathrow.

Our driver was the best we’ve had. He was punctual, called to tell us he was close by, took care of all of our luggage, and was extremely personable, all while diving impeccably. A truly great experience.
Everything about this choice for transportation to catch our flight at Heathrow was excellent. We communicated several times the day before to verify the cruise terminal and flight time. Even though our flight was cancelled before we were picked up, the driver made sure to get us to Heathrow as fast as possible, was very helpful with our luggage and gave us some advice about trying to get a new flight. We recommend using Mini Cab Ride for transportation needs to or from London.

We got a shuttle ride from Southampton cruise port to Heathrow airport from David from MiniCabRide. He was on-time and called to let me know where he was for pickup. We got to Heathrow safely and on-time, I would use them again.
