Not great. No AC. Windows down. Dusty. Played kid music entire ride. Not friendly. Didn’t help get luggage to hotel door.
Good morning, I understand, but the road to Ollantaytambo is under construction and for that reason there is dust during the trip. The driver dropped him off on the main avenue of his hotel; since it is a one-way street (And their hotel is located on a street with no access and only stairs), parking is not allowed. And I appreciate your comment; we will definitely take it into account. Thank you!
It was a rough road but Joel L. our driver drove us safely to our hotel in Ollantaytambo. He was also kind and friendly, he even guided us to the entrance of our hotel. Thank you Joel.

Other travellers should know that you will receive excellent, efficient service with a polite and friendly guide. Viator and its partner organizations should work to make the reservation process as efficient as possible with as few back and forth communications as necessary. An obvious omission by Viator is that you should automatically provide the option to book your return transfer when booking the outbound transfer. I believe 99% of your customers will return from Ollantaytambo to Cusco. Why make them place a separate order for the return trip?

Excellent service for ollantaytambo our driver a great person very punctual and effective in all transfers.
This is the best way to make it to Ollantaytambo in case you want to avoid the crowded and uncomfortable bus rides some other companies offer prior to getting on the train to Aguas Calientes. The driver was extremely friendly and told us about the history in Cusco and what to visit once we came back. If I ever go back to Machu Pichu I would definitely be using these services again, and for my return as well.
Our flight was delayed an entire day and they waited for us the whole time. Next day allowed us to reschedule for a decent discount. Then turned out our hotel was inaccessible by car (!) and the driver helped us carry our bags the last ten minutes. Phenomenal!
