Great airport transfer in a clean new minivan. Communication was very clear. Driver was early so very punctual

I bought a trip to Oaxaca airport, paid with my credit card I gave all my information including my phone number and address where I was fired. I was supposed to be picked up at a meeting point at 3:50 PM local time. Walk about 20 minutes to reach the meeting point in intense heat over 30 degrees. I finally got to the meeting point. The transport never arrived before it was 4:15 pm and I spoke to the company to have what was happening they had me on hold for more than five minutes and at the end they told me that the trip had been cancelled and that they sent me a message. I never received a message or phone call and I had a hard time getting a taxi to transport me to the airport. I followed all their instructions to the letter and paid them in advance for a service I never received. The name of the service is Viator in conjunction with Oaxaca Shuttle. Bad service and miscommunication I never use Aviator again.
My reservation on shuttle trip was late at night before my departure the next day, and the driver is very kind to reply my message and coordinate my trip schedule. I definitely recommend and will book again when I go back to Oaxaca.
On time, friendly driver, clean vehicle, and good value. The only issue was the lack of clarity around the pick-up area. The listing simply stated “Central Area”, and while my hostel was in Centro, this is not always consistently included depending on the provider. I needed to confirm in advance as I was already within the cancellation window. Viator was unable to clarify, and it took some time to get a clear answer from the operator. More precise information on pick-up zones, or a simple drop-down selection during booking, would make the process much smoother. Overall, I would use this service again.
Booking the ride was super easy and they were responsive when we needed to change pick-up times. There is some confusion on where the pick-up location is so send a message if you're unsure.
Our driver was waiting out in front of a villa and got us to the airport in plenty of time. There was just a little ambiguity as to whether we were going to be picked up at our residence or at a meeting point in a park.
Shuttle came early, I was the only passenger, and it took 15 mins to the airport on a Saturday morning. All good.
They didn’t show up at the meeting point even though the transfer was confirmed. Not reliable which is important if you want to reach the airport in time. Just take a regular taxi which is even cheaper.
Reliable and was even a bit early which was great! Great driver, friendly, and communicative. Picked us up from our hotel and directly to the airport!
