Thank you so much to Luisa and Roberto for saving the day when our flight from London was cancelled and we were diverted through Rome!! We didn't fancy missing a day of our holiday; they were so flexible in changing pickup plans from Naples to Rome (we orginally had an airport pickup from Naples with a tour on the way to Amalfi). Luisa confirmed this for me while I was waiting in the security queue at 6am her time. I have used Silver Star several times over the years for many tours in the area and they have always been super helpful, professional and service oriented. Once again, they were able to demonstrate what a great company they are and helped us out when our airline cancelled a 6.30am flight at 4.30am. Book a tour with them - you won't be disappointed!

I used Sorrentosilverstar and Luisa Tizzano for my transportation needs after reading about her on a facebook/Sorrento planning page. I had my 78 year old father with me, as well as my husband and 15/17 teen boys. We originally used her service to transfer from Naples to Sorrento. Her driver was waiting on us at the train station, very visible. He had great recommendations, too! By the end of this trip,I reached back out to Luisa to transfer us from Sorrento to Rome; my father was not up for an all day including Pompeii, and he didn’t need to be on and off trains and in and out of taxis. She responded quickly to my request and made sure we were taken care of. I will keep her contact information in my phone for use again. I hope this helps plan your travels!

Luisa was a god send! I had never been to Italy so was basically clue-less - based on a recommendation from a previous traveller I found Luisa and she basically took care of everything - transfers to and from Positano to Naples rail terminal- lunch at a winery near Mt. Vesuvius on our 1st day when we arrived and were en route to positano - driver met us at train with a sign - mercedes passenger vans handled the 4 of us and luggage easily - driver were very friendly and knowledgable - her suggestions on times for arranging pick-up and drop off based on our train times was perfect - she made our trip transportation details perfectly - would highly recommend!

We took them as a private shuttle from Naples to sorrento and back. They were great to work with! Timely and very nice. Our driver, Roberto, to sorrento even gave us great food recommendations and helped reserved a table for us at a local restaurant. Would recommend!

Service was excellent. We were picked up on time and brought to Pompei for the best tour with Lucia. Then to lunch and finally to Rome! Thank you!
