Bad experience Am really disappointed everyone I reach up to is telling me to send an email nobody is trying to help me through
Dispite getting a what's app confirmation after booking, no one showed up. No one answered the provided phone number. No one responded to texts on What's App or the Viator app. We waited an hour at the designated visitors center area, checked the signs 15 times, and finally found a different ride.
We had the most incredible experience with our driver Aziz in Doha! He waited for a long time for us at the airport and patiently messaged us as we can through customs, advising us where to go. From the moment we got in his vehicle, he went above and beyond. He gave us waters and made sure we were comfortable. Instead of just taking us straight to the hotel, he gave us an impromptu tour of the city, pointing out landmarks and sharing insights that made us feel instantly connected to Qatar. He was patient, kind, and genuinely thoughtful—never rushing us, always making sure we were comfortable, and truly making us feel welcomed. It wasn’t just a transfer, it was an introduction to Doha through the eyes of someone who clearly loves his city. This was by far one of the best arrivals we’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Thank you for turning a simple airport ride into an unforgettable memory! 🙏🌟
Our driver was on time, helpful and communicative. He got us to the airport safely and was helpful with the luggage. Overall, a great experience.

No one showed up to pick up, and when I called, no one answered. I reached out again, and they told me they couldn’t find my booking reference, even though they had contacted me before the flight. This is extremely unprofessional.
Dear customer, We only keep track of the bookings shown online And unfortunately that day we could not find your booking due to a glitch in the system. However you were offered service anyway with 20 minutes delay only which you refused to take. With regards to your claims of calling us, please know that whatsApp call doesn't work here in Qatar and your call may have been declined but a chat based comuncation was established with you at the same time.
Quick communication and connected me with diver upon arrival quickly. Unfortunately driver didn’t know how to get to our hotel so a short 20 min drive turned into 45+ min as driver didn’t know how to get to our hotel lobby and we had to back up 2 roads after wrong turns. Driver also did not speak to us at all.

I would like to remined you that your booking time was 17:05 (which was your landing time) and we had to wait for you more than an hour which was way above our responsibility and during this whole time we were trying to reach out to you, and you wouldn't even answer. Please also note that the travel Time/drive from the airport is not "short 20 minutes" not even according to google maps and most certainly its not at short drive at 6:00pm (the time of your arrival) which is peak time for traffic. Please also note that our drivers are all professionals and very well trained and part of their training prevent them from making small talks with the guests during the service as this may results in distracting them from focusing on the road/driving. We hope that the driver turning a one wrong turn hadn't resulted in an inconvenience, in any case the customer service contact number is always reachable so feel free to reach out at any time with any concerns you may have.
Good transfer. Reliable and flexible - we asked last minute to drop bags at one hotel then proceed to another (early morning arrival). This was no problem.
He was very patient and polite, he was on time even when the flight arrived earlier than scheduled, he was very professional and we had a smooth airport pick up and drop off!
