The agent who book the appointment show the pick up time at 12 AM and did not list my destination. I called him and told him that I landed at 11:30 AM and therefore pick up time should be 12 p.m. and that a.m. meant midnight. He told me not to worry about it. The driver had my flight information. I then called Tripadvisor directly told them to process the change and make the pick up time 11:45 AM so there wouldn’t be a confusion and also gave them my true destination, which was Marriott playa andaluza. No idea it was made. What are the driver was there on time courteous and drove nicely. He insisted that since my destination listed was Marbella that my hotel was Marriott Marbella Beach place. I showed him the name of the hotel. He said it was further became very upset and then charge me $35 more euros. The Marriott andaluza I still technically within the city of Marbello. I don’t think this is my fault, especially with the follow up that occurred.
We have used Viator in the past and had great experiences. This one, in Spain, was horrible. I called to change our pickup time since our flight was delayed and was told they didn’t have my reservation, which I had received confirmation for. When we arrived at the airport there was no driver and after about 10 phone calls and 30 minutes later someone was finally there to pick us up.
My opinion: - Great. The best service of transfers. I will use your service again in the future. Thank you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
