Private van was too small 5 people and 7 luggage Crammed in and on top of each other. Would not book another van from V.

Booked round trip transfer from PUJ airport to resort (four months prior to visit). Inbound was fine, driver waiting with sign, safe trip to resort, all good. Completely no-showed for arranged pick up at resort for return trip to airport. I had even reached out by text day prior to "re- confirm" our pick up...to which they responded "yes sure." 10 am next morning brought no DST vehicle. They clearly either had no intention of fulfilling the return reservation, or they are just very poorly organized. Had to have the resort concierge request a taxi. This resort is only 8 miles/20 minutes from the airport. Book these folks at your own risk. To be fair, they did refund half of what I paid...but I would not utilize them again.

Very good service. Always in contact and on time, even early sometimes. Professional always. We were able to schedule a great excursion at a price better than what some other companies could even offer.

They were waiting for us with a sign with my name and quckly got us in the vehicle and safely to our destination. We were able to give them half of the roundtrip fare on the first leg and paid the second half on the return trip for which they were right on time. Highly recommend and will use agina.

When we first arrived we had people coming to us fast tmaking us feeling very afraid the transportation service that I booked was not there we had to wait at least 30 minutes until he arrived. Departing they did not tell us that we had to be picked up at a different destination from. Where he dropped us up at OVERALL THE driver that picked us up was kind it wasn't his fault

The time spent in Santo Domingo was unforgettable because of the great transportation service I got from this company. They are on time, courteous, and friendly to help and explain anything to me. I will take them again for my next trip there.

I really liked my experience with DST from Punta Cana airport to Las Terrenas. The driver Joseph was very professional and always on time. Paul the manager was very understandable and he arranged the round-trip for me since it was my first time in Republic Dominican.
