Our driver was there waiting for us with a big smile and so friendly! The van was big and clean and perfect for our family group of 7 ages 4 to 80!
Roman was wonderful! He was waiting for use at the exit. Our family of 12 was traveling together. I was afraid there wouldn't be enough room for all of us and our luggage. No problem our trip from the airport to the hotel was great. Roman, thank you so very much for taking care of all of our needs.

Excellent service. Our plane was very late and then our luggage was delayed. I was worried about our driver waiting - but there was no need to worry. He was waiting with a smile! The ride was great, he was pleasant and courteuos!

I would highly recommend using this company for airport transport from Vancouver airport to your hotel in downtown Vancouver. Ricky was great! He was there waiting for us as we exited into the guest area, he was so helpful with our luggage, his car was comfortable for the four of us with luggage, he drove safely, and our conversation was so interesting during the drive into Vancouver. He was very friendly and welcoming.
