Booked with Byron! Lance was there ready for us by the time we got thru customs. Lance was the best driver! Snagged up some ice cold red stripes for the long drive! 10/10 book again!!!

Viator was very responsive through email, which was great. Our flight time changed and it was very straightforward to communicate the changes. And the driver was waiting where the instructions said. All that is okay. The problem was our driver was not sober and drove erratically the entire way to Ocho Rios. He drove over the center white line several times, speed oscillated between 30-100 km the entire ride, and cars were honking at us the entire trip. Do not recommend taking your family on this wild ride.

5 of us were picked up from Montego Bay airport to take the 2 hour journey to our hotel in Ocho Rios. We had the most fantastic driver - Jethro. Safe driving, friendly, caring. Jethro made the journey go so quickly with his friendly manner and conversation. Totally recommend this service

We have used Byron for our transportation to and from our vacation spot in Ocho Rios for many years now. We would not use anyone else. Byron is always there for us. His beautiful spirit comes through every time we talk to him. His vans are always clean and his drivers are always there ready to help in any way. My travels to Jamaica, once or twice a year, use to involved hit-or-miss shuttle services to Richmond Estates until I discovered Byron's Tours. They have become my go-to for all transportation needs. The staff consistently exudes friendliness, making my hour-plus commute enjoyable with engaging conversation, music, or occasional stops for that first tasty Jamaican meal and a cool beverage. Reliable private transportation that was clean. Got us to and from the airport with no issues. Trip takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. Drivers were very kind and professional!
