Tradições cipriotas e aventuras de burro
Descrição
Os visitantes têm a oportunidade de ver como são feitos o tradicional queijo cipriota, o halloumi e a tarte de azeitona, seguido de um passeio pela quinta para ver uma das oliveiras mais antigas do Mediterrâneo e conhecer a história e as características dos burros. O passeio termina com uma degustação de produtos da quinta, incluindo leite de burra e produtos para a pele, bem como azeite biológico. A parte final da excursão inclui uma refeição, muito vinho e entretenimento animado com danças e música cipriotas.

• Chegada à fazenda “Burros Dourados” às 17:00 h • Começaremos com show ao vivo de Halloumi. O nosso chef irá mostrar todo o processo de confecção deste Queijo Tradicional • Entre o início e o fim do processo de fabricação do queijo faremos pão de azeitona tradicional 30-40 min (durante a master class, desenho para crianças) • Passeio pela fazenda 30 minutos. Os turistas poderão ver um museu de cera, uma casa tradicional cipriota, as nossas aves, cabras e, claro, burros. • Passeio curto de burro (10 min) • Degustação de produtos agrícolas e produtos lácteos de burra 30 minutos • Jantar às 19h00 Buffet Tradicional (Aperitivos, saladas, bulgur, massas e queijos da aldeia, batatas assadas com orégãos e azeite, borrego, porco, frango, vinho, água, sumo para crianças) • Noite cipriota às 19h30. Programa de dança com danças tradicionais cipriotas • Partida das 20h30 às 21h

Por favor, note que o início ti,e e o tempo de levantamento não são os mesmos. Pick-up começa às 15:00 em Protaras, 15:20 em Ayia Napa e 15:45 na área de Larnaca. Pick up de Limassol é sob pedido. Você será informado 1-2 dias antes da atividade sobre o tempo exato de recolha. O ponto de encontro a uma distância a pé pode ser atribuído.

So authentic and fun! You can see the passion of the owners and the pride they take in their work. A must see!
This was an absolutely fantastic tour packed with history, activities, food, entertainment, and, of course, donkeys. I enjoyed trying the different donkey milk products and hanging out with the donkeys. They're such friendly and adorable creatures. In the evening, there was a delicious buffet topped with dancing, music, and traditional Greek Cypriot entertainment. Had an absolutely brilliant time! I highly recommend this tour and would do it again myself!
This is one of those activities that delivers far more than you can imagine. Not only are the owner and staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but they help create a real party atmosphere (even though you learn a lot about donkeys and olive oil creation, as well as making Halloumi and Olive Pies) for your enjoyment. You will be surrounded by fellow guests from at least a dozen countries, and you will all dance as one (and shout “Opa” many, many times. The donkey milk products you will sample are fantastic. The homemade Halloumi is a real joy of deliciousness. The dinner and entertainment will leave you far more than satisfied. You will leave this place with a smile on your face and a song on your lips. Be sure to take a donkey ride to earn your “International Donkey Driving License “.

This experience absolutely exceeded all expectations and was the highlight of our holiday! Meeting point was given in advance and transport was already there waiting by the time we arrived. Good communication from tour provider following booking. Experience was fantastic, all activities listed in description took place. Food and drink was all you can eat/drink while you were there. Entertainment of dancing and singing was the best bit! Be prepared to get fully involved! I was travelling with a disabled companion and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was included throughout. Looking forward to coming again in the future!
