Fantastic tour

Day Well Spent

A great excursion
The tour was very good. Dori as a tour guide and Lollo as a driver were perfect. We were in Valldemossa, Soller, and took the tram to Port de Soller.

Fantastic
What a fantastic experience. The guide, Katie, was so enthusiastic and shared so much with us. We learned a lot about Majorca as well as Voldemossa and Soller. The coach was comfortable and the views when going through the mountains were breathtaking. I hugely recommend this trip.

Avoid!!! Or risk being let behind
Left 2 children and 2 adults in Port de Sóller, they didn’t make any attempt to contact me (even though I had given them my contact information ) before leaving.
I accept there was a misunderstanding on time (for many reasons) but they just said we weren’t there on time so they left.
If you are a parent you will understand how the children reacted to being left behind.
I tried to make a complaint in person and they took no responsibility at all, I asked for a partial refund as we had to get a taxi back (100 euros). They refused and called the police. I am calm person and didn’t give her any reason to call them, this is obviously how they manage to get away this their very poor service…….i would have seen it coming when a name like no Frills, book with them AT YOUR OWN RISK

We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding regarding the departure time, but we strongly reject the version of events presented in this review.
The coach departed according to the scheduled itinerary, and when you later came to our office, we explained that no refund was due. You were offered the possibility of submitting a formal complaint, which you declined.
Unfortunately, the situation then went far beyond a normal customer complaint. You behaved in an intimidating and threatening manner towards a female member of our staff who was alone in the office, including discouraging other customers from booking with us. For this reason, the police were called. An official police report exists, and officers clearly instructed you to leave or you would be taken to the police station.
We take threats, intimidation and defamatory statements extremely seriously. We will provide the relevant documentation to the Guardia Civil and consider taking further legal action.
Every customer has the right to complain. What is not acceptable is intimidating or threatening our staff. Nofrills Excursions will always defend its employees.

Excellent experience
Visit to the northern part of Mallorca, Tramuntana, Valldemossa, Soller, Port de Soller. Highly recommended, it is a day well spent and learning a lot of new things. Hats off to Cati and Lolo!

Confusing pick up
The pick up wasn't made very clear on the Viator site, I wasn't notified prior to departure that they would come to my hotel so I emailed them the night before to confirm pick up time from the office. Got there and was left with the impression that I wasn't even on their list of people taking the trip that day, not sure why, just as well I went to the office!
Lovely unmissable day on the whole though, gives you a bit longer at each place than you would get if doing the other option with the train and boat. The recommended orange ice cream was also really yummy.

We would, however, like to clarify the pick-up issue, as we have checked your booking records. **You were on our passenger list**, including the check-in list at our office, where you were correctly marked as present before joining the coach. Therefore, there was never an issue of your booking being missing from our system.
The Viator booking information also provides the meeting/pick-up details, including **written instructions and a map**. We appreciate that navigating the Viator app and locating this information can sometimes be confusing, but the information was available with the booking.
We're therefore sorry that you were left with the impression that we were not expecting you, because our records show precisely the opposite.
Most importantly, we're delighted that once on board you enjoyed what you describe as an **“unmissable day”**. This tour is indeed a great choice for guests who prefer more time to explore Valldemossa, Sóller and Port de Sóller at a relaxed pace. 🌿🚋💙

A most enjoyable day out!
What a fabulous trip. Our guide Melanie was very informative and extremely entertaining, which really made the trip enjoyable. Her friendly banter with our driver Miguel was very funny. Valldemossa was beautiful and we enjoyed the coffee and potato cake suggested by Melanie. A great stop for some retail therapy. Miguel navigated the windy mountain roads carefully on the journey to Soller, complimented with an informative commentary from Melanie. Soller is beautiful and it's worth venturing beyond the main square to find bars and cafes. The 20 minute tram ride is a lovely experience past the orange and lemon groves. Port Soller has a range of bars and restaurants to end the trip with a glass of wine overlooking the beach and marina. This trip is definitely worth the price.
