Após uma busca em seu hotel, residência às 9h, o passeio começa com uma visita ao centro de girafas. Aqui você vê as magníficas criaturas e aprende porque elas estão ameaçadas de extinção. você também aprenderá seus comportamentos, características e mais educação para a conservação. A pedido, sem custo extra de transporte, teremos prazer em levá-lo ao orfanato de elefantes (15 USD POR PESSOA) para ver os bebês elefantes que foram resgatados. O orfanato de elefantes aceita 200 pessoas por dia e você deve nos avisar para confirmar a disponibilidade com antecedência.
Mediante solicitação, sem nenhum custo extra, você será levado à fábrica da Kazuri Beads. Esta é uma empresa de cerâmica que faz uma das contas mais bonitas do mundo. Você verá todas as etapas do início ao fim. É também uma fábrica única, pois emprega mães solteiras de bairros pobres que ganham a vida para sustentar suas famílias. Depois disso, podemos levá-lo a algum lugar para almoçar e depois deixá-lo cair.

This is a great half day tour if you don’t have a lot of time. The elephant centre is only open for one hour so it can be quite busy with people if you arrive early, don’t panic you will get in! Was great to hear about the work that they do for these orphans to prepare them to go back to the wild. We went to the giraffe centre first at 9am and it was quieter and just amazing to see these beautiful animals up close. We were on a tight schedule and David our guide was great.

I enjoyed feeding the giraffes at giraffe center, hearing the stories of all the animals at Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and listening to the inspirational stories at the Bead Factory. Overall, it was an amazing experience and my tour guide Calvin was amazing.

This is a great place to visit and experience. You get to feed the giraffes and learn about the giraffes. Facilities are nice and although it seems it’s always busy it’s worth a visit

The staff were very knowledgeable. Our speaker gave my group a talk on the center and the giraffes. Feeding the giraffes was amazing and it was set up in a great structured manner.

After my tea plantation tour was cancelled due to the lockdown, the company made a suggestion to spend the day around Nairobi. Chris picked me up. What a fine young man he is! We went the the giraffe centre, beads factory and Karen museum. After that we had a great lunch. We drove via a slumb back to the hotel. Thank you for making a plan. I had a great day!!
