Half of the one hour trip is a photo shoot of all the passengers with the arch in the background, the photos were then sold when we returned to the dock. Too much time spent just waiting while each person was talked through a dozen posed photos. The other half of the time was great… water and sites were beautiful

There are a lot of this type of tour offered on VIATOR. The boat ride was as expected with 16 on board. Communication was terrible as Operaror didn’t reply to two messages and one email regarding the meeting place (only shows list of hotels to be picked up). With the help of VIATOR, they did reply however the phone number is not correct (+44 is UK) as I kept calling them to let them know that I was coming.

I had such a great experience with this tour! Everything was right on time and very well organized. The boat itself is completely transparent, which was amazing—I’ve never seen anything like it before in Cabo San Lucas. The price was very reasonable, and the whole process was super easy. I just showed my reservation when I arrived, and everything went smoothly. I really appreciated that I could take my own photos throughout the trip, which made it even more special. The guide was friendly and helpful without being pushy, and overall the experience was exactly what I was hoping for. If you’re coming to Cabo, you absolutely have to try the Clear Boat—it was my favorite activity, and honestly much cheaper than anything I could have booked through the cruise.

I paid EXTRA for the Tour to Arch in the Clear Boat Cruise Ship to include Terminal Hotel PICKUP! Our Tour was scheduled for Monday 5/26/25, but we did not receive confirmation and CALLED TripAdvisor on Sunday. At that time, I discovered that I entered the email wrong. That was fixed and we received confirmation. I also asked what time we needed to be in front of our hotel for pickup, and they confirmed out hotel and said someone would call. NOBODY CALLED! My son called the excursion company on Monday morning (because the phone number provided to me was Spanish only), and they told him nobody was coming to the hotel, we had to go to the marina - but we could not find parking and missed our tour reservation. We had to book another tour to be able to go on the ONE excursion we had scheduled. I want a refund for the original tour.

Don’t book this tour, they will take your money and you will not get a refund. Roberto lies and says where to meet and you will not find him. Such a rip off. Scammers. Also if the weather is bad they still expect you to go. Unsafe and very much a scam.
We’re truly sorry for the experience you described. The main issue here was a misunderstanding in communication. On the day of your booking, the port was temporarily closed, and the following day you informed us you would not attend due to weather, although the conditions allowed the tour to run. Even so, we respect your decision and have issued a refund. Please allow 2–3 business days for it to return to your original payment method. We want to assure future travelers that we take feedback seriously and always stand by our guests. Clear communication is very important, especially for cruise passengers, and we’re committed to improving this so situations like this don’t happen again. Driver or contact guy, Roberto, texted to meet behind Senor Frogs and Monkey Hostel at 10:30, then didn’t show up to take us. We ended up doing a $10 tour of arches with local company. I would expect a full refund. Skip this if you have a person who requires a ride. Person won’t show up.

My friend and I booked a tour around the Cabo Arch with Envatours in one of their glass bottom boats. The captain and the host were both professional and courteous. The host was also funny and engaging, taking pictures of everyone, including some cool pictures with the Arch in the background. The price was very reasonable, and the entire experience was better than expected! I highly recommend this tour!
