A must do. Our driver, Brad, was informative and got us from point A to point B safely. Great way to spend the day in St. Lucia.

Brad was amazing. He made my wife’s birthday very special. He greeted us with cold champagne and cold water. He showed us all the beautiful sights as we drove to our airbnb. He also provided recommendations on lunch dinner and breakfast spots. He was always on time and always readily available. He truely made our stay in St. Lucia AMAZING!!! My wife has rated this her top 2 birthday trips and this being number 1!!!

Our tour guide Brad was very patient and accommodating. He took the time to get to know everyone and made suggestions on places we should visit. Would definitely refer him to anyone I know visiting the island.

We had a great 4 days in Soufriere. Places to eat: Island Chef, Alotr Vegan Cafe, Waterfront De Belle View and Pounty Pizza. Walk from Soufriere to Piton Falls, Petit Peton and the Botanical Gardens. We found a local guide, Marlon Brando, 1-758-725-5191, he took us on a water taxi to Castries MARKETS, Marigot Bay beach and snorkeling for half the price of other tour groups. The Gros Peton hike was tough but worth it.

To start I had to reach out to the company to ensure we were all set no communication prior to my contact to let us know and/or confirm pickup or that we were booked. Brad was very quick to response so that was a plus. Anthony was our tour guide, he is very knowledgeable stopped at many places nice to have a private vehicle and tour all to ourself. Cons: Nothing else is included, you have to pay for each place the volcano, waterfall, restaurant, chocolate tour if you want to do that etc (others have many of these included in the price). We were offered No water, beers or soda. I even said man I guess I should have brought some water. I know this is a smaller company but the price should include something! We didn't get assistance at the pool to have our pictures taken. I understand when you have to step away to do something but when you have paying customers and other tour guides where doing video, pictures everything for their group. That was not cool. Pros: you can stop by places on the way to the tour locations. A/C van ride, safe driver.

To begin with it is our policy to reach out to our clients 24 to 48 hours before any experience with us, that is the only reason you wrote us first. Secondly Anthony stepped away to use the restroom when he returned you were already out of the pool in quick time. It is always our custom to take photos and videos for all of our experiences. In addition we offer drinks on all of our tours and airport transfers, Anthony did have a cooler of drinks and offered you and your husband refreshments so we are extremely disturbed by this unfactual claim that nothing was offered. When booking the tour it says exactly what is including and what is not so we are also extremely disappointed with the negative and inaccurate feedback.
What a wonderful day we had! Tour of the island, the best chocolate I’ve ever had at a shop. Enjoyed the Sulphur springs, so relaxing! Do not hesitate to book!

We had a wonderful tour! Our guide, Anthony, was amazing. We can’t say enough good things about him. He was great company. He made some fun stops throughout the day that we weren’t expecting and we loved it. You really can go at your own pace on this private tour which was nice. We never felt rushed. He told us to let him know if we wanted to stop somewhere but ultimately we just followed his lead. A private tour is the way to go over the ones with big groups. We loved this day of our vacation. It was so much fun. We would highly recommend this tour.

We booked this tour as an excursion while on a Princess cruise. Brad was our tour guide. There was only my wife and I so it was pretty much a private tour of the island. Brad is local and knows the island very well. We saw local spots as well as popular tourist attractions. Brad helped us navigate the mud baths in Soufriere ( must do activity ) and drove us to see the Pitons, the Edmund Reserve Rainforest and a spectacular view of Marigot Bay. We also stopped for lunch at Seashells and at a local chocolate store. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this tour with Simple Transfers/Viator. Private or very small group tour vs large excursion tour through cruise lines on a bus with 30 people is no comparison, and usually for the same cost. We were back to our ship with 2-3 hours to spare. We appreciated Brad's knowledge of the island and attention to detail.
