We were really looking forward to seeing the ruin bars while we were in Budapest and we were really glad we decided on a private tour. Zolly was a great guide and took us to a bunch of really cool bars and to get really good langos. Definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn about the ruin bars and not just visit them.
Zoltan was a fine tour guide. However, it was way too much money for what it was. We got a beer or a wine. One of my family members doesn’t drink beer or wine so I had to pay for a separate drink at each place. We then shared 3 langos between us. We wanted burgers. I estimated that they spent around 150 on the evening and it cost us 660. A complete rip-off. I would really like my money back.

We do not offer burgers & cocktails on this tour because we believe that all our experiences should feature traditional Hungarian items so our guests can learn more abour our customs. However, we will definitely talk to your guide Zoltán and make sure he did his best to address your needs on the spot.
Our guide Fanni was fantastic 👏 very informative, funny and interesting. We had a great evening visiting establishments that we definitely would never have discovered on our own! Thanks for a fabuoulous evening!
We had been to the ruin bars in 2019 on our own but this private tour took us to places we would never find on our own. Also, we learned more about Budapest history and had the best Lamb burger ever!!! Highly recommend. Tip--do it on a weeknight as weekends are a zoo!
Simply the best way to explore the Ruin Bars! Our guide Ferenc was great in choosing three very different experiences for us, introduced us to local beers and provided a delicious snack. He was so easy to be with, informative and a great conversationalist. We highly enjoyed!
Georgi combined the ruin bar tour w an understanding of Hungary and the history of the ruin bar. we had a great time and cant say enough about her expertise.
We signed up for the ruins and bars tour and did not really know what to expect, this is something we enjoyed and really recommend. Our guide Odea showed us several ruinbars, they were really cool and she had a lot of history about Hungary. Great experience!! Thanks to Odea
