TOUR PRIVADO Parque Nacional do Teide: caminhadas e observação de estrelas

I couldn’t recommend Javier our guide and the trip enough, it was a really special afternoon and evening. Trips are for those who want to be away from the crowds, for between 1-6 people, we were 4. We hiked up the mountain in daylight to a place where we could watch the moon rise on one side and sunset on the other. There was wine and chocolate 🥰 couldn’t ask for more. We hiked back down by the light of the full moon then stargazed with the help of a telescope. If you’re in Tenerife and like to be away from other people (sorry other people) and immersed in the natural world you would love this trip I’m sure.

This was the highlight of our whole cruise & trip. Javier was an amazing guide! He gave us the history of Tenerife and showed us the beautiful and varied landscape of the island. We saw incredible views from multiple locations and then had a glass of wine while watching the sunset! To top it off, we enjoyed stargazing under the clear sky. A truly spectacular afternoon and night! One note: The road was very windy so be prepared if you get motion sickness.

What an amazing excursion! Our guide Javier picked us up directly from our ship and introduced us to Teide National Park. He made us live a unique experience, in a unique setting! He was able to amaze us with his knowledge on different subjects (culture, environment, geology, astronomy, agriculture)! I recommend it!

It was a magical experience. Tivity’s team has a lot of compassion for everything he does and conveys an immense love for the island. They have a very deep knowledge of fauna, flora, geology and culture. I've already done a lot of activities with them but they surprise me with a thousand new things.

The guide (Javier) is very funny and active. His enthusiasm about nature and stories make everything seem so interesting and is contagious. He speaks several languages and is adapting to the group. Would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful experience a very entertaining afternoon learning and visiting incredible landscapes, an excellent way to take advantage of an afternoon on the Teide, we made stops, with lots of information about volcanoes, flora and myths of Tenerife, at viewpoints with landscapes of impact, a spectacular sunset with the volcano as protagonist and the final colophon of the astronomical observation very very dynamic and fun

We loved the tour. Javier was explaining very interesting things as we climbed from Esperanza on the way to Teide and was very friendly and attentive to everyone. I went with my 9-year-old girl and for her she brought juices and chocolates, for the rest the same and wine, apart from blankets. The explanations were great, the picture of the sunset watching the Teide is amazing and the photos of the rest of the experience are amazing. To do the tour I recommend wearing warm clothes and especially thick socks, not thin. We went on a short walk of 15 or 20 minutes to see the sunset and then waited until nightfall to see the stars.

It was entertaining and fun! My experience is short, I will surely repeat in the future. Tivity's group is respectful and very friendly people.
