Tour privado Grand Bazaar compras com um amigo local

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time at the Grand Bazaar with Mustafa. One of the best parts of shopping in such a historic and vibrant marketplace is discovering authentic products and good value, and we're glad he was able to help you do exactly that. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Istanbul for more memorable experiences in the future. Best regards,

Dear Robert ; Thank you for your feedback. While we genuinely regret that your experience did not meet expectations, we feel it is important to clarify a few key points for transparency. Before your tour, we reached out to understand your shopping interests, and your response was “Everything sounds interesting!”. Based on this, your experience was customized to reflect a broad introduction to the Grand Bazaar, including traditional crafts such as carpets, which are an essential part of Turkish culture and commerce. At the beginning of the tour, you informed your guide that you had only one hour available due to another appointment. Given this limited time, it was not possible to fully explore the Grand Bazaar, which typically requires several hours. Therefore, the guide structured the experience accordingly, focusing on a single in-depth stop rather than rushing through multiple locations without context. We would also like to clarify that: There is no obligation to purchase anything during the tour Our experiences are designed around cultural introduction, not sales pressure At the same time, we take all feedback seriously. Although this tour has consistently received positive feedback from many other guests, we will review this case internally with our guide to ensure that the balance between explanation and exploration is always maintained. We also offered a refund as a gesture of goodwill, even though the service was delivered as described. We understand that this may not change your experience, but it reflects our commitment to guest satisfaction. We regret that we could not meet your expectations on this occasion and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Kind regards,
