Neste passeio, vamos descobrir a Cidade Santa de Fátima e as cidades históricas de Óbidos, Alcobaça e Batalha, casa dos Mosteiros da Batalha e Alcobaça, Património Mundial da UNESCO, e Nazaré. Começaremos por Fátima, e visitaremos o Santuário e a Capela das Aparições. Iremos então conhecer o Mosteiro da Batalha em todo o seu esplendor. Depois da Batalha, iremos para Alcobaça, e você ficará maravilhado com a beleza pura do Mosteiro centrado na cidade, que por si só abriga uma bela história de amor real. Com uma breve visita, sairá de Alcobaça com um largo sorriso (ainda mais se provar os pastéis!). Este passeio não estaria completo sem olhar para o Mar. Iremos até à Nazaré, a famosa vila piscatória que por vezes tem ondas de 30 metros (pode até ter a sorte de ver uma!). Desfrute do ambiente presente nesta maravilha de aldeia! Para completar, visitaremos Óbidos e apreciaremos as muralhas históricas que oferecem vistas deslumbrantes! Temos certeza que você vai adorar!

Itinerário
A primeira paragem será Fátima, o local de peregrinação mundialmente famoso. Aqui você aprenderá tudo sobre a aparição de “Nossa Senhora de Fátima”, que apareceu a três pastorinhos em 1917. É a sede da basílica onde os três estão sepultados hoje.
Mais tarde seguimos para a Batalha onde foi construído o famoso Mosteiro da Batalha em comemoração da histórica batalha entre as tropas portuguesas e castelhanas no século XIV. É um dos edifícios mais impressionantes da arquitetura gótica e da história portuguesa.
Nossa próxima parada será Alcobaça, lar de outro local listado pela UNESCO, o Mosteiro de Alcobaça. Envolto por um rio, o Mosteiro de Alcobaça é considerado um dos locais mais bonitos de Portugal. O mosteiro é o local de sepultamento de Pedro e Inês de Castro. Você ouvirá tudo sobre a trágica história de amor deles naquela época.
Junto a uma praia radiante, numa grande baía, esta vila piscatória é uma popular estância de veraneio que perdeu algum do seu carácter original, onde ainda se podem ver pescadores com camisas aos quadrados e mulheres com inúmeras saias em camadas. Aqui tem muitas escolhas opcionais para o almoço: O Restaurante Novo Porto é uma prova obrigatória!
Esta encantadora aldeia de casas brancas está rodeada por muralhas do século XIV. Quando D. Dinis casou com Isabel de Aragão em 1282, Óbidos foi um dos seus presentes de casamento. Desfrute da nossa famosa Ginginja de Óbidos e sinta o ar dentro das muralhas medievais!

Our guide was Paulo Viegas. He picked up up from our hotel in Lisbon in a large, clean electric vehicle. Paulo was super knowledgeable about everywhere on our tour and about Portuguese history. He spoke excellent English and was happy to answer all of our questions. He took us to Batalha, Nazare, and Obidos. All of these places were amazing, especially Nazare. We skipped Fatima as it was pilgrim season and seething with people. He gave us as much time as we wanted to explore and had a lot of good tips, especially about places to have lunch in Nazare. The full day tour was well worth the price; we really enjoyed ourselves and learned a lot. The booking process online is smooth; I worked with Andre. Everything he said would happen, happened. We paid in advance with Pay Pal which made me a little nervous having read about tour scammers, but everything was perfect and this company is 100% legit. Paulo communicated with us by What's App which I rarely use, so it's a good idea to have that on your phone. Also, Paulo was a safe and law-abiding driver and the vehicle was clean and new. We appreciated the bottled water. I would highly recommend making the most of your time in Portugal and doing a tour with Swingo.

We requested Ricardo Domingues as our tour guide because we had used him for a prior private tour and, again, he was great. He adjusted the destinations, and time at each, to our requests and preferences. He is polite, reliable, and always on time. And his English is very easy to understand. He even gave us recommendations for other cities on our trip.

If you want an Uber Tour, here it is! Electric vehicle needed charging at the very first stop. Inexperienced tour guide did not prepared well for the trips, with no time management, we ended up needed to skip for 1 destination to Batalha. Told us no big wave to watch, so took us to another place to see bayview from a little mountain. Helped us to look for a nice lunch with a rude waiter and told us it’s the best seafood restaurant (possibly the most expensive) in Nazaré with no Waterview. Óbidos was the best place to visit, unfortunately by the time we arrived, it’s already sunset, walking on the walls during the night. It’s better to just do your homework, rent a car and drive there instead. So disappointing!
