What a moving experience to visit Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona. I highly recommend the All Access ticket as there is much to see and experience. I recommend allowing a full day to see everything. Be aware that the tour is self-guided using head sets throughout the areas. I also highly recommend Daniels Touring for transportation to and from the location as this greatly simplifies parking and securing your tickets, etc. Simply a wonderful day! A Must Do in Oahu!
The Pearl Harbor memorial is very important and it’s very interesting to see the memorial and hear about the entire process. However our experience with this particular tour guide was not at all what we have come to expect from a Viator tour. She made us walk over a half a mile to find her sitting in her van with the AC on while everyone else was being picked up right outside the door from the baggage carousel. She was the only person in that parking lot also. Then after the long walk in the heat with sweat pouring out of us we had to load our luggage into the back of the van because she never offered but did tell us they needed to be put in the back of the van. The entire experience with her was equal to the start, she was a detriment to the tour and not a help in anyway. On one bus ride the driver said he didn’t have enough seats for all the passengers but it would be okay for people to stand and she hurried up to get in the bus first and takes one of the few available seats. I could go on and on about this tour guide but she should not be a tour guide. Viator tours is better than what she offers.
You get a driver which is good, but after that , you get a all inclusive ticket pass to everything in Pearl harbor, but you could do this at a much less cost. Unless your like me , booking early and you want to make sure you see what you want to see. I would use other companies, unless this one lowers the cost
We had a delightful bus driver who safely got us from the Hotel to Pearl Harbor and back to the hotel. But this was no tour. You must have tickets for the boat shuttle to the USS Arizona (which are free), but this tour does not provide these tickets. It simply gives you instructions on how to sign up for "STAND BY" tickets for the boat shuttle. Access to the museums and the USS Arizona are free of charge so don't let this tour make you believe they are doing you a solid by "including all fees" in their language. I would never book through this company for this tour. We did make it onto the boat and visited the USS Arizona Memorial which is a special experience and highly recommended... Just don't do it through this tour provider.
Our guide was very nice. However the overall experience for this important national monument was not. The park is very chaotic abd disorganized. There is not enough time to really see the Arizona Memorial, the museums, the Missouri, and the Bowfin with any quality understanding. It is best to get a confirmed time to board the boat to the Arizona. Otherwise you waste precious time waiting.

I had a very disappointing experience with Daniel’s Hawaiian Tour to Pearl Harbor. The tour advertised access to the USS Arizona Memorial, but this turned out to be completely untrue. We were not given the opportunity to visit the memorial as promised, and no clear explanation was provided. This felt incredibly misleading, especially since the USS Arizona Memorial was the main reason I booked the tour. On top of that, the overall organization was poor, with delays and a lack of communication throughout. Save your money and time—just go on your own. The memorial is free to visit, and you’ll have a much better experience. Lies this is a Free yes Free totaly free payed for a stand by list waited until 3pm lies lies and more lies stay away
Our tour guide Austin was great!!! We wanted to adjust the time to a later pickup and he had no problem at all. Totally customized the day for us and gave us the Pearl Harbor Tour and half of the Oahu tour. Even took us to an adorable coffee shop off the beaten path for amazing coffee and drinks and snacks. Gave us great recommendations for a hike the next day which was incredibly helpful. Would def recommend Daniel’s Hawaii and if you can request Austin you won’t be disappointed. My 11 year old son really enjoyed talking with him. Since he’s a high school teacher he is great with kids and families. We travel often, all over the world and have had many guides so really enjoy when we get lucky with someone like Austin. Happy holidays and new year!!
Great way to see Pearl Harbor. No wasted time. Took away all the guess work. Very informative, pleasant guide for just the 2 of us. Made this an excellent experience.
We were lucky to have an exclusive tour with just the 2 of is. Michelle was terrific. We loved Pearl Harbour. Unfortunately the palace was closed that day and Michelle didn't know in advance which was disappointing. Overall a great experience.
