Saímos da cidade de Salzburg dirigindo para o sul para a fronteira alemã, o seu guia privado irá explicar-lhe a história da cidade de Salzburgo e como, por muitos anos, foi um principado independente governado pela igreja católica e a importância do sal e como influenciou o crescimento da cidade. Outros pontos de interesse serão explicados na rota para o próximo local.
No nosso caminho para o terminal de ônibus de Obersalzberg, teremos algumas ótimas paradas para fotos. Seu guia privado mostrará onde tudo foi localizado entre 1933 e 1945. Locais como o Berghof, entrada para os bunkers, quartéis SS e muito mais. Depois de lhe dar uma imagem mental e orientação espacial da montanha, um modelo em escala no terminal de ônibus ajudará você a entender onde tudo estava localizado.
Visite o Ninho da Águia com seu guia particular. Do terminal de ônibus do Eagle's Nest. Você embarcará em um ônibus de montanha especialmente equipado para um passeio de tirar o fôlego pela estrada de 4 milhas, com 27% de inclinação para um planalto rochoso. De lá, caminharemos por um túnel de 406 pés (124 metros) de comprimento, levando-nos diretamente ao elevador de bronze original da Segunda Guerra Mundial que o transportará através do coração da montanha Kehlstein por mais 406 pés, diretamente no próprio Ninho da Águia. Após um passeio pelo Ninho da Águia, você terá algum tempo livre para apreciar a vista ou tomar refrescos.
Descendo de Obersalzberg continuamos até a bela cidade montanhosa bávara de Berchtesgaden, localizada no vale do rio Koenigssee. Você terá tempo para explorar Berchtesgaden por conta própria, bem como almoçar em um dos restaurantes típicos da Baviera (almoço não incluído no preço)
À tarde, explore o mundo subterrâneo de uma mina de sal de 500 anos. Seu guia irá organizar tudo para você e um guia local especializado irá levá-lo nesta aventura. (Somente os mineiros podem guiar dentro da mina)

Fantastic. Not to be missed. Salt mine tour was an unexpected highlight of our entire three-week trip across Europe from Bucharest to Salzburg.
We had a very nice driver, Luciano. He was on time and very pleasant. He spoke good English and pointed out sights along the way. We went to Eagle’s Nest, the museum then to the salt mine where we had lunch at the snack bar. The Viator itinerary stated we would visit Lake Konigsee, stop in Berchtesgaden with time to explore and possible lunch at a Bavarian restaurant. We didn’t get to do those things. Those were definitely reasons why I chose this tour.
Carlos was an excellent guide and a true professional. He knew exactly where to go, where to stand, and how to navigate the crowds efficiently, saving us a tremendous amount of time and making the entire experience much more enjoyable than it would have been on our own. He was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and easy to spend the day with. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the Private Eagle's Nest and Salt Mines tour, and Carlos played a huge role in making it such a memorable experience. If you're considering this tour, we highly recommend it. And if you're on the fence about visiting the Salt Mines, don't be. Our family found it surprisingly entertaining and one of the highlights of the day. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it.

Our driver was friendly, punctional & attentive to our needs and request. His past experience made the whole trip easy and and relaxing. As a history buff the Eagles Nest was my favorite part of the trip but my thirteen year old grandson loved our tour of the salt mine. We toured several countries in Europe and he said this was his favorite part of the entire sixteen day trip.
The itinerary listed Eagle’s Nest, Documentation Center, the town, and the Salt Mines. Our guide was great, but said that we could not do that itinerary. He said we could do the Documentation Center and a brief visit to the town, or we could visit the Salt Mines. He was correct — we could not have done all of these activities in the allotted time. We were disappointed that the itinerary was so inaccurate.
