Estas cidades antigas são o berço da modernização do Reino Siam. Muito antes da Tailândia, como você vê hoje, a história deste reino está dentro das ruínas amplas com reminiscências do passado. Templos que significam a influência do Reino Khmer vêm com contos e mitos dessas arquiteturas. Tudo isso espera por você nesta exploração de dia inteiro.
Sua excursão começa no lobby do hotel, onde nosso guia o cumprimenta. Seguimos para o norte em direção a nossa primeira parada, a cidade de Lopburi. Ao entrar na região, observe muitos macacos correndo livremente e ainda mais nos marcos de inspiração Khmer de Prang Sam Yot.
Foi construído no final do século XVII. Contribuído pelos arquitetos franceses, o palácio tem uma mistura única de estilos khmer-europeus. Certa vez, desempenhou um papel significativo quando Lopburi foi declarada a segunda capital do Sião pelo rei Narai, o Grande. Mais tarde foi abandonado quando o rei Narai faleceu.

Excellent and informative tour. We really enjoyed learning about the history of the sites. We never felt rushed, very thorough. If these sites interest you, I highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Danni did a great job. We also had a delicious lunch.

We took a tour with Snakie! He was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed everything a out our tour. The entire day was beyond amazing. I would definitely recommend this tour with Snakie. We got to see so much and we also learned so much history. Amazing day!!!

We chose this tour because we did not have the time to coordinate logistics for our own tour of both cities in one day. Plus we did not want to be stuck out in the heat. Our guide (Amy or Amoh) was lovely. Very friendly, informative, and managed the tour well. We loved the place she took us for lunch as well. My only disappointment was the cost - almost $400 for one adult and two children. Compared to other tours and expenses during our trip in Thailand this is way above normal which I now know. As a comparison - we later did a half day elephant experience with transport for $90 for 3 people and a full day lake/hike/swim tour including 2 hours transport and lunch for $100 - for 3 people. This is 4-5x the amount of similar tours. I’m sharing only for context so that others can shop around.
