Fátima é considerada um dos maiores centros de peregrinação católica do mundo, que atrai em média 6 milhões de pessoas anualmente O santuário, que começou com uma pequena capela no local onde, em 1917, Lúcia, Jacinta e Francisco viram Nossa Senhora pela primeira vez, hoje ocupa uma área com o dobro do tamanho da Praça de São Pedro, no Vaticano. O lugar mais procurado e onde se podem observar as maiores demonstrações de fé é a Capela das Aparições. Era ali que estava a azinheira sob a qual a Virgem apareceu. A árvore acabou sendo destruída pelos próprios peregrinos, que arrancavam seus galhos. Hoje, em seu lugar, está a famosa imagem de Nossa Senhora.

Paolo was a great driver and tour guide. He was on time and had a van that sat all eight of us comfortably. He gave us plenty of time at each stop and was flexible in terms of how much time we were spending at each place. We never felt rushed. Highly recommend Paolo!
We loved our tour and the tour guide Veronica, the wine was delicious and I wish they can offer cheese with the wines but I guess for the price that’s all you can get!
We loved our tour we visited Fatima, Nazare and Obidos, we took lots of pictures . Definitely a great tour.
Our driver was Paulo. He gave us the information needed once we arrived to each location on the tour , giving us plenty of time to explore on our own. He always was ready and available. He even took us to surprise extra locations. Highly recommended.

We expected a tour guide who gave us information. Not just a driver. Disappointed with the lack of interaction with us.
I'm really sorry if you are disappointed with the tour but it is clearly specified and written: - The guide is not LICENSED or CERTIFIED - The guide is also the DRIVER. So, we dont understand why you book with us if you wanted a licensed guide ? And to be honnest , I tried to talk to you and to give you more information during the tour but you were always talking with your friends. I'm very very disapppointed too !
Paulo was an AMAZING tour guide with Portugal’s historical knowledge and variations in terrain. We learned about Portugal’s past along with its agriculture. We were traveling with our children and Paulo was extremely thoughtful and considered bathroom stops in our route. He provided us great recommendations at each of our destinations and maps. He was interesting, personable and kind. We all really enjoyed the experience and kept his contact information for future trips and/ or recommendations!! Go with Paulo!!!
