Descrição
Este passeio pelas colinas de Valdobbiadene e pelo Prosecco DOCG irá levá-lo à zona alta de Treviso, a pouco mais de uma hora de carro de Veneza, ao longo do anfiteatro natural que se abre entre Conegliano e Valdobbiadene. Um cenário único que é reconhecido como Património Mundial da UNESCO desde 2019. O passeio inclui a visita a lugares encantadores como o Molinetto della Croda e a Abadia Cisterciense de Santa Maria di Follina, dois dos recantos mais evocativos da região de Treviso. Para o almoço visitaremos uma adega familiar para uma prova de vinhos harmonizados com produtos típicos locais: paragem obrigatória para conhecer os métodos de produção e provar a excelência da zona. Por fim faremos uma paragem numa segunda cave para terminar o dia brindando com um copo do prestigiado Cartizze, um dos mais conceituados tipos de Prosecco.

Um antigo moinho de água que remonta ao século XVI. O edifício foi erguido em várias fases, e as fundações do edifício original repousam sobre a rocha nua, chamada 'croda' (literalmente penhasco).
Follina, uma pequena cidade no sopé dos Pré-alpes Treviso-Bellunesi, é um ponto focal do circuito de turismo religioso que leva à descoberta de lugares ricos em espiritualidade e devoção e de grande valor artístico.
Primeiro visitamos uma vinícola de Prosecco com uma visita guiada onde você verá e entenderá todos os vários processos de produção de Prosecco. Depois, uma degustação de vinhos espera por você com alguns copos de Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
O norte de Treviso nos encanta com suas colinas com densas fileiras de vinhas, imponentes castelos e igrejas encantadoras. A Prosecco Road atravessa a área montanhosa no sopé dos Pré-Alpes de Treviso. Há mais de 100 anos impera o Prosecco, o espumante único por sua natureza agradável e fácil de beber.

As a lover of Prosecco I could not miss this excursion! The minivan tour among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites was already spectacular in itself! Each stage was carefully studied and accompanied by interesting explanations that made the experience even more engaging. The presence of our super Nicola escort was fundamental: attentive, passionately prepared, able to create a pleasant atmosphere, take care of every detail and make everyone feel comfortable during the entire experience. The first tasting allowed us to get to know the quality and tradition of Prosecco up close, but the highlight was undoubtedly the second tasting dedicated to Cartizze, rightly defined the elite of Prosecco: an elegant, refined wine, which tells the territory in every sip! If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. The Prosecco region is stunning. And the wines are the best I’ve ever tasted. Our guide, Chiara, was a gem. So knowledgable. So concerned about making this the best possible experience for her guests - plus she’s just interesting and funny! I have been to many vineyards in Italy and these 2 were just spectacular. The Abby and the mill were incredibly lovely. Book this tour you will not regret it!

We chose to celebrate my birthday with a day in the Prosecco region, led by Chiara. During the trip, we were fascinated by the breathtaking views we saw from the window, accompanied by its detailed explanations and many interesting ideas. Chiara took us on two historic stages: a striking abbey and a waterfall with a mill, both immersed in scenarios of extraordinary beauty. Next, we stopped at two carefully selected wineries. The first stop was Vigne Matte, where we took part in a guided tour and delighted ourselves with a rich buffet of cold cuts, cheeses and bread, followed by a Prosecco tasting. The second winery, Cartizze PDC, offered us a completely different experience. More intimate and authentic, it is renowned for producing one of the best Proseccos in the world, which we enjoyed while admiring a simply incredible panoramic view. Chiara, with her competence, friendliness and attention, turned this day into a very special experience.

The transport was super precise and pleasant. The landscape is very suggestive, the tasting excellent both for wines and food, with typical products of the area. We visited two wineries, the owners were super welcoming and involved us a lot with their stories. Recommended!!
